I’ve purchased a product but haven’t received an email.
There are a couple of possible reasons for not receiving an email. Please check if your email has gone to your spam folder. Also, sometimes it takes a little longer for PayPal to process your payment. If you still haven’t received an email after an hour, contact me and I’ll try to fix the problem.
Do these puzzles work with any gaming system?
Unless stated otherwise in the product description all products work with any gaming system.
I can’t open the download.
The download is compressed into a .rar format. You can open it with a program such as WinZip which is available online for free. Just right-click on the file and select ‘extract here’. Mac users often use unarchiver. Also, there are online services. Just google ‘open rar file online’ to find several services.
I can’t read the files.
Most files are in PDF format. You can read them with abode reader, available for free online.

You also sell on roll20. Where should I buy?
The products on roll20 are set up to be used on their site only and can’t be printed. Products on DungeonVault.com are almost always for use with both real table tops and virtual table tops. You can download them to your computer, print the pdfs or set up the images in an online tabletop yourself.
