Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us!

Who are we?

Our website address is: https://dungeonvault.com. This site is owned and operated by DungeonVault LLC, a limited liability company in the Netherlands.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact forms

We use Jotform for contact. You can find their privacy policy here https://www.jotform.com/privacy/

When you fill out a contact form on Dungeonvault.com we only collect the information you enter into the contact form.  If the form asks for your name, email address, or any other personal information, then that information is sent to us via email.  We only retain that information—including your email address—for as long as necessary to address your purpose in contacting us.

Email addresses provided in contact forms are not ever used by DungeonVault LLC for any purpose other than to reply to you in regards to your reason for contacting us.  We never sell information from contact forms to any third parties for any purpose.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics

As you use this Website, we use automatic data collection technology (Google Analytics) to collect certain information about your device, browsing actions, and patterns. This generally includes information about where you are, how you use our website, and any communications between your computer and this site. Among other things, we will collect data about the type of computer you use, your Internet connection, your IP address, your operating system, and your browser type.

We collect this data for statistical purposes and we don’t collect personal information. The purpose of this data is to improve our Website and offerings.

If you wish to opt out of Google Analytics so that none of your personal information is collected and stored by Google Analytics, you can download and install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on here.  For more information on how Google collects and uses your data, you can access the Google Privacy Policy here.

Who we share your data with

We do use a 3rd party email provider to store your email address if you voluntarily signed up for our email newsletter. We also use third party software for our membership access. By submitting your email address on this web site, you agree to receive email from us. We may maintain separate email lists for different purposes. You can cancel your participation in any of these email lists at any time by clicking the opt-out link or other unsubscribe option that is included in the respective email. We only send emails to people who have authorized us to contact them, either directly, or through a third party. By submitting your email address, you also allow us to use your email address to display targeted custom audience messages and advertising on sites like Facebook, Pintrest, Twitter, Instagram etc., where we display custom advertising to specific people, like you, who have opted-in to receive communications from us.

Cookies and Pixels

Similar to other commercial websites, our website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” and server logs to collect information about how our site is used. Information gathered through cookies and server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our site, and the websites visited just before and just after our own, as well as your IP address.

A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. When you visit a website, that site’s computer asks your computer for permission to store this file in a part of your hard drive specifically designated for cookies. Each website can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser’s preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a website to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites.

In order to purchase products from the Website, your web browser must be enabled to accept cookies. Among other things, we use cookies to give credit to those sites that direct traffic to the Website for marketing purposes.

We also use an equivalent technology called “pixels”, which allows social media sites to track visitors to outside websites in order to tailor advertising messages users see while visiting that social media website. The Company reserves the right to use these pixels in compliance with the policies of the various social media sites.
